MC Yanto

Soulfulness is second nature to the Dutch MC Yanto. He is known to be one of the countries most versatile vocalists. He used to tour with the boy band Case Closed throughout Europe in the late nineties. Here he learned the skill of interaction and entertaining a crowd.

At the Framebusters nights at Escape in Amsterdam Yanto perfected his MC-ing skills, taking his microphone wizardry to another level. Singing with house pioneers Roger Sanchez, Kerri Chandler, Ron Carol and Bob Sinclair and fellow Dutchmen Erick E, Roog and Don Diablo. From soulful singing to crazy chanting to whipping up the crowd into a downright frenzy. All means allowed. His philosophy: ‘As long as you put your energy into it, you get a lot in return.
